      Services for Delbert Grant Outhouse, 66, of Manville were held Monday, March 21, 1988 at the Peet Mortuary Chapel in Lusk. Rev. Frank Bozart officiated. Burial with Military Honors was in the Lusk Cemetery.

      Mr. Outhouse died March 15, 1988, in Manville. He was born May 17, 1921 at Flattop, Wy., the son of Grant and Maude Outhouse. He attended country schools and graduated from Glendo High School in 1940. While serving with the U. S. Army during World War II, he was stationed in Rhineland and Central Europe. Following his discharge he began ranching and also had his own woodworking business. He married Avaley Johnson, who preceded him in death.

      He was active in the Lusk Senior Center, the Niobrara Sportsman Club, and the Lusk Elks Lodge, being named Elk of the year for 1981-1982.

      Survivors include one sister, Mary L. Hytrek, and one brother Fay R. Outhouse, both of Lusk; 16 nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends.

      Memorials may be made to the Niobrara Senior Center for those who wish.

      Peet Mortuary was in charge of arrangements.
