      MADISON - Funeral services for Mrs. Frederick R. Henika, 61 (sic), who died Monday morning (August 24th) at a Madison hospital after a short illness, will be held Thursday morning at 8:30 from 528 West Johnson Street.

      A second service will be held at St. Raphael Church at 9 o'clock. The Reverend William H. Mahoney will officiate, and burial will be in Calvary cemetery.

      Six nephews, Harry Page, Edward Mahoney, Earl Hammersley, John Page, Frank Ryan and Edward Page, will be pallbearers.

      Mrs. Henika was a Madison resident for about 40 years. She was born in Middleton where she graduated from high school and where she taught school.

      Surviving are her husband, Frederick R. Henika; and two brothers, John Page, Chicago, and Henry Page, Madison.
