      Mr. Nicoll is a graduate of West High School in Rochester and Morrisville Agricultural and Technical Institute. He is employed by the Prudential Insurance Co. An active member of the LeRoy Methodist Church, he teaches Sunday School class and is a leader in the Youth Fellowship. He is also a member of the Masonic Lodge.

      Predeceased by his first wife, Dorothy Armitage «b»Nicoll«/b» in 1967 and his second wife, Leone Simcox «b»Nicoll«/b» in 2005, his brother Bruce (Satsuki) «b»Nicoll«/b» and stepdaughter, Patricia Eisenhauer.
      Survived by his children, Barbara «b»Nicoll«/b» of LeRoy, Thomas (Lisa) «b»Nicoll«/b» of Canterbury, CT, Elizabeth (Thomas) Darby of Pavilion, William (Leslie) «b»Nicoll«/b» of LeRoy, Jeffrey (Beth) «b»Nicoll«/b» of LeRoy; stepdaughter, Mary Jean (Jack) Fox of AZ; brother, James L. (Mary) «b»Nicoll«/b» of Fairport; 10 grandchildren; 2 stepgrandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews.
      There are no calling hours. A memorial service will be held Saturday, March 24 at 11 AM at LeRoy United Methodist Church, 10 Trigon Pk., LeRoy.       Mrs. Glenn R. Lord, this city and Mrs. John A. Pusey entertained at a linen shower Wednesday afternoon in the home of Mrs. Pusey, Rochester, for Miss Dorothy Jean Armitage, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. George Armitage, White street, who is to be a June bride.
      Games provided entertainment and refreshments were served, the table centered with roses and a miniature candle wedding party. Mrs. Armitage and Mrs. Caroline A. Pusey were Canandaigua guests.
      The marriage of Miss Armitage to Robert L.C. Nicoll, of Rochester, is to take place here June 30.
