It is with sadness we have to record the death of one of our most highly esteemed young men, Stanley Outhouse, son of Capt. and Mrs. James Outhouse. Over a year ago he came home from the sea in poor health and it and it has been sorrow that we noted his vitality gradually yielding to the dreaded disease consumption. Although everything was done to prolong his stay among us he passed peacefully away Saturday morning, June 17th.having been a great sufferer, leaving to mourn their loss, mother, father, and three sisters. The funeral service was held Sunday afternoon, conducted by Rev. I. B. Colwell, assisted by Rev. E. C. Ford of Westport. Much sympathy is extended to the bereaved family and friends.
