    • The "1862 Dane County Plat Book" shows that Wm Bossingham had 160 acres of land in Secs 4 & 5 of the Town of Rutland. In the "1890 Plat Book of Dane County, Wisconsin" are William & George Bossingham as land owners, principally in the NE corner of the Town of Rutland.
